Type of Usage : It is used in pastries, cakes, pies, cookies and fruits for giving decors and for protection.
Methods of Usage : For 1 Kg. jelly, 500-600gr. water must be added and 1-2 minutes should boiled in 80-90 degrees. After cooling to 60-70 degrees, it can spread on top of the fruits. It makes the pastries durable, bright and fresh.
Product Specialities : In this product you can find the taste and smell of strawberry. It is completely vegetable and does not contain animal additives. Protects to get dry in fridge and keeps fresh and bright. It gives shiny and nice view to the product. It protects the fruits to connect with air and avoid darkening with its high thickness rate.
